Handmade Potato Gnocchi
Not sure if the gnocchi I had was seasonal as it had sweet potato but it was THE BEST GNOCCHI IVE EVER EVER HAD. The sauce was creamy and fatty but somehow not heavy? The flavors were incredible. Gnocchi so warm and soft and pillowy and also GLUTEN FREE?! Pasta that didn't hold back - GF but didn't taste GF. We literally had the best date night here. Owner was so insanely nice and we chatted for a bit. Special second shouts out to the squash pie with salty caramelly ice cream. Mind BLOWN by the food they're dishing here.
Kingfish Sashimi
Incredibly fresh and flavorful. this was probably one of the best sashimi dishes I have every head. 10/10 recommend!

The juiciest chicken I've ever had. The smoked flavor was out of this world. Perfectly crisp & tender. I would eat this everyday if I could. Do yourself a favor & get over to Barans 2239 before they take it off the menu.
Red Onion & Herb Focaccia Bread review by Jodygale
While we love the all the dishes, it always starts with focaccia and burrata for us. On our first visit, I took one bite and declared it my new favorite restaurant. So, Baran's, you had me at Focaccia!
Handmade Potato Gnocchi
The gnocchi we had came with a black truffle and mascarpone cheese sauce. Gnocchi was light a fluffy, could've easily had 2 orders by myself.
Chorizo Burrito review by Nikolas
It was delicious and I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants it. I think it's better than the bacon burrito but that could just be personal preference.
Brown Butter Crumb Cake
Absolute must get! Epitomy of summer on the palate - warm sweet juicy floral like peaches, and a warm light browned butter top with perfect cunches from the oats. If only it was kosher to lick the plate clean....

We have been coming here for years! The service, the food, the ambiance, the food, the drinks, the food, and did I mention the food?! Baran's never disappoints! If you want Michelin star quality for an affordable price come to Baran's stat!
Bacon Burrito review by Marie
This was the best burrito I've ever had. Was in HB to celebrate turning 50 and decided to order a couple bacon and chorizo burritos. Everyone was happy and everyone wants to make the trek back as the meat/potato/cheese ratio was perfect and the hot sausage was flavorful. Looking forward to next time
Beef Carpaccio
Looked beautiful, tasted great! Reminded me of a steak tartare but with a large range of flavors from the pomegranate arils to the crispy onions
